Location : Support Center, 6600 S Bermuda Rd, Las Vegas, NV 89119

Schedule: Monday – Friday, Weekends as needed, 40-50 hours per week

Pay: up to $50,000 annually

Job Summary

The Graphic Designer is detail-oriented and technically skilled in supporting the creative team in producing high quality visual materials. The role is primarily focused on designing and reformatting campaign creative into various size formats. The graphic designer will be responsible for preparing final artwork files for print and digital production, ensuring brand consistency, and maintaining accuracy across all deliverables. Candidates should possess proficiency in graphic design software (Adobe Creative Suite), experience with working with a variety of file types, strong communication and project management skills, and a comprehensive portfolio of design samples.

Job Responsibilities

  • You will work closely with the creative director, print production manager and senior graphic designers to perform the following tasks:
  • Take approved campaign artwork, adapting and resizing into versions of sizes needed for a variety of signage formats.
  • Prepare, revise, and finalize artwork files for print and digital output (e.g., print marketing, digital ads, web graphics, social media, in-store signage).
  • Resize static video content for use on various size store screens and other digital channels.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to deadlines and maintaining high-quality standards.
  • Ensure all designs meet printer/vendor specifications and are delivered on time.
  • Perform quality checks on layout, typography, color accuracy, image resolution, and formatting.
  • Make layout and content revisions based on feedback from the creative and merchant teams.
  • Maintain version control and file organization for all assets.
  • Collaborate closely with senior graphic designers, creative director, buying team, and vendors.
  • Follow brand guidelines and style standards across all materials.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues related to file formats, fonts, and color profiles.
  • Support design team with layout work and minor design tasks as needed.

Job Requirements

  • Associate or bachelor’s degree in graphic design, visual arts, or related field.
  • Proficient in graphic design software (Adobe Creative Suite) including Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Adobe Acrobat Pro.
  • 2+ years of experience in a graphic designer or similar role.
  • Strong understanding of print production processes, digital asset specifications, and file preparation.
  • Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of prepress and proofing processes is a plus.
  • Experience with packaging production, dyelines, or large-scale printing.
  • Familiarity with project management tools like Asana or Smartsheet.
  • A portfolio of variety of graphic design samples.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
