Job Title: Production Technician
Job DescriptionWe are seeking a dedicated and skilled Production Technician to join our team in the assembly and production of gas fireplaces. This role involves using small hand tools and light power tools to construct sub-assemblies, assemblies, and finished products. The position also requires performing out-box packaging processes and operating production equipment such as flat washers and presses. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.

Work EnvironmentWork in an industrial manufacturing environment with a workforce of 350 people, divided into project teams of 15-25. Dress code includes jeans, t-shirt, and steel-toe footwear. The factory can be warm in the summer and cool in the winter, so candidates should be adaptable to temperature changes.
Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Lake City, Minnesota.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $18.50 - $22.00/hr.
