Pacific International is partnered with a global leader in the food manufacturing industry , known for innovation, quality, and continuous growth. We are seeking an experienced Food Safety Manager to join a fast‑paced, high‑performing team at one of the company’s key production facilities. As an FSQA leader, you’ll play a hands‑on leadership role in ensuring food safety, regulatory compliance, and product quality across all manufacturing operations. You’ll oversee daily quality activities, guide a team of FSQA professionals, and collaborate closely with production and operations leaders to drive continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities Supervise daily FSQA operations to ensure compliance with company, customer, and regulatory standards. Lead, train, and mentor quality technicians and inspectors to maintain a culture of accountability and excellence. Monitor quality metrics, perform audits, and manage corrective and preventive action programs. Partner with operations, sanitation, and maintenance teams to identify and resolve quality or safety issues. Support customer and third‑party audits, ensuring all documentation and records are accurate and audit‑ready. Promote continuous improvement in food safety and quality processes across the facility. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Microbiology, or a related field preferred (or equivalent experience). 3+ years of experience in food safety or quality within a food manufacturing environment. Working knowledge of HACCP, GMP, USDA/FDA regulations, and related quality systems. Strong communication and leadership skills with the ability to influence cross‑functional teams.
