We are currently hiring helpers, painters, and Foremen who embody precision, efficiency, and versatility in their craft. If you're someone who can follow directions and achieve targets, we want to hear from you!

For painters, expertise in spraying techniques and familiarity with various tips for different areas is a definite advantage. Additionally, we are seeking a skilled Foreman with a proven track record of leading crews and meeting targets.

Requirements and Skills:

• Demonstrated experience in residential interior and exterior painting
• Proficiency in using essential tools such as brushes, caulking guns, etc.
• Knowledge of prep work and masking
• Ability to work in varying temperatures
• Meticulous attention to detail and conscientious work ethic
• Strong understanding of painting techniques and eagerness to learn new methods
• Fluent in English, receptive to feedback, and an excellent listener
• Reliable with exceptional communication skills
• Solid driving record
• Should be willing to undergo a background check and drug screening
• Valid drivers license and proof of auto insurance
• Must have an operational work truck or van (having a ladder rack is a plus but not necessary)
• Owns personal painter's tools
• Minimum of 3 years of solid experience in residential interior AND exterior painting
