WHO YOU ARE: Arootah is searching for IPEC/ICF certified
Executive Coaches to work with our Hedge Fund clients. As an Executive Coach, you will work with high-potential employees to help them gain self-awareness, clarify goals, achieve their development objectives, unlock their potential, and act as a sounding board.
WHAT YOU'LLDO: - Use Arootah's coaching process and proprietary tools and technology with clients to support clients in getting from where they are to where they want to be
- Simplify and clarify goals
- Help the client develop realistic and effective monthly action plans for leadership growth
- Identify internal and contextual roadblocks
- Break apart goals into actionable steps
- Devise a plan of action for each goal
- Provide the client with resources associated with implementing their action plan
- Teach and mirror successful and positive emotional and behavioral techniques
- Evaluate each client's advancement toward goal actualization
- Maintain and share detailed and accurate records of coaching results (challenges, breakthroughs etc.)
Qualifications - Must be legally eligible to work in the USA
- IPEC/ICF certified strongly preferred
- Bachelor's degree
- 360 Assessment experience / certification
- Experience coaching C-suite executives
- Passion for helping others improve their health and wellness
- 5+ years of experience inexecutivecoaching and a business background
- Ability to build rapport and work with people from all over the world
- Effective communication
- Personable and relatability skills
- Basic computer skills
- Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint
PREFERRED:
- Hogan certification is strongly preferred
- DiSC and/or EQ-i assessment experience is a plus
- Experience working and collaborating with remote teams
- Professional experience working in financial services or hedge funds is a plus
- Located in New York tri-state area
$100 - $450 an hour

The hourly coaching rate of pay is expected to be:
Actual compensation will be determined by several factors including, skills, specialization, accreditation, and years of experience
