Responsibilities:
Event Planning and Coordination:
- Assist in the planning and execution of events from conception to completion.
- Coordinate logistics, including venue selection, catering, transportation, and audio-visual requirements.
- Communicate effectively with vendors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure all event details are well-coordinated.
Administrative Support:
- Provide administrative assistance in preparing event materials, including agendas, presentations, and name tags.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of event details, contacts, and budgets.
- Assist in creating and managing event timelines to ensure all tasks are completed on schedule.
Communication:
- Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to gather necessary information for events.
- Communicate effectively with clients, vendors, and team members to ensure a cohesive event experience.
- Respond to inquiries and provide information related to events in a timely manner.
Post-Event Evaluation:
- Assist in post-event evaluation, including gathering feedback and analyzing the success of the event.
- Contribute to the development of improvement strategies for future events.
Qualifications:
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant event management software.
