Compensation & Benefits:

• Starting pay: $15-20/hour with guaranteed 40-hour work weeks (based on experience)
• Overtime pay: $22.50-25.50/hour (1.5x base) for hours over 40
• Premium pay:
  • Weekends: Additional $2/hour
  • Nights (after 7pm) & Federal Holidays: Additional $3/hour
• Performance bonuses can increase earnings significantly
• Company vehicle for job sites
• Full training program

Performance Rewards:

• Quality Bonus: Up to $20/job for consistent 5-star customer ratings
• Efficiency Bonus: Up to $2/hour for meeting job completion targets
• Sales Incentive: Up to $15 per qualified lead, plus up to $50 conversion bonus

Primary Responsibilities (80-90% of Time):

• Deliver exceptional power washing services to residential and commercial clients
• Master our proven cleaning techniques and safety procedures
• Maintain equipment and supplies
• Ensure customer satisfaction through quality work
• Document job completion and results

Additional Opportunities (10-20% of Time):

• Identify and report new business opportunities
• Build relationships with potential customers
• Learn basic sales and customer service skills
• Support team growth initiatives

Requirements:

• Valid driver's license with clean driving record
• Ability to lift 50lbs and work safely on ladders/roofs
• Reliable transportation to work
• Strong work ethic and positive attitude
• Team player mentality
• Passing a background check
