Position: Entry Level Personal Assistant *ASAP*

Location: Columbus, OH

Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated and dedicated individual for the role of Entry Level Personal Assistant to join our dynamic team as soon as possible. This position is ideal for someone who is eager to start their career in a fast-paced environment where they can develop their skills and contribute to the success of our organization. 

• Manage calendars and schedule appointments for executives
• Organize and coordinate meetings, including preparing agendas and taking minutes
• Handle correspondence, both electronic and paper-based, ensuring timely responses
• Conduct research and compile reports as needed
• Maintain filing systems and ensure all documents are organized and accessible
• Assist in the preparation of presentations and other materials

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications or certifications are a plus
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team
