Key Responsibilities - Assist in the development and implementation of marketing campaigns and strategies.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities.
- Coordinate and manage social media accounts, including content creation and scheduling.
- Monitor and report on the performance of marketing campaigns using various analytics tools.
- Help organize and execute events, webinars, and promotional activities.
- Support the creation of marketing materials, such as brochures, newsletters, and presentations.
- Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure cohesive marketing efforts.
- Maintain and update the company's CRM system with accurate customer and prospect information.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise - Internship or previous experience in a marketing role.
- Basic knowledge of graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite).
- Understanding of SEO, SEM, and web analytics.
- Experience with email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp).
