Entry-Level Business Analyst Responsibilities:

• Assist in the planning and execution of data migration projects, ensuring accurate and timely transfer of data from legacy systems to the new ERP platform
• Collaborate with data stakeholders to identify and rectify data quality issues, such as duplicates, inconsistencies and inaccuracies, ensuring that data is clean and reliable
• Work closely with the ERP implementation team to gather business requirements, document processes and provide input on system configuration and testing within the healthcare domain
• Utilize various data analysis tools and techniques to extract meaningful insights from healthcare datasets, helping to drive informed decision-making within the healthcare sector
• Create and maintain detailed documentation of data migration processes, data cleansing procedures and ERP transformation workflows tailored to the healthcare industry
• Collaborate with internal teams and external healthcare clients to ensure clear communication and alignment on project goals, timelines and deliverables
• Conduct testing and validation of data migration processes to ensure the integrity and accuracy of healthcare data throughout the transformation

Entry-Level Business Analyst Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field
• 1-2 years of relevant work experience as a business analyst, or internship experience in a similar role
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively work with cross-functional teams within the healthcare industry
• Familiarity with data analysis tools and ERP systems is a plus
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, SQL or other data analysis tools is preferred
