C.C. Creations, the largest printing and embroidery company in the state of Texas, is hiring an EMBRIODERY OPERATOR to join an ambitious and growing team. An Embroidery Operator operates and maintains state-of-the-art Tajima multi-head embroidery machines to ensure adherence to deadlines and achievement of quality standards. Employees at C.C. Creations must be highly motivated, provide exceptional customer service, and act as an essential component of the positive and respectful work environment.

What will you do as an Embroidery Operator?
• Operate and maintain embroidery equipment on various products
• Verify size, color, product, and thread color(s)
• Load digital embroidery files according to work order
• Ensure thread color sequences are accurate
• Select proper hoop size and backing material
• Install hoop on item to be decorated and load item onto machine
• Maintain production rates and quality standards
• Monitor embroidery machine operation throughout runs to detect and correct issues
• Comply with all safety and operational procedures
• Assist the Finishing Department with final production stages

Additional Requirements
• Ability to read and understand work orders in English
• Excellent communication skills
• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
• Motivation to be a team player with a service-oriented mindset
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline driven work environment
• Physical ability to stand for long periods of time
• Physical ability to lift up to 20 pounds periodically
• Willingness to work overtime, varied shifts, or weekends as necessary
