We are seeking a skilled and passionate Early Morning Bakery Production Team Member to join our production team. The ideal candidate will have experience in the food industry, particularly in baking and bread production. As a Baker, you will be responsible for creating a variety of baked goods, primarily breads and ensuring high-quality standards. Your knowledge of food safety practices will contribute to our reputation for excellence.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation of a wide variety of breads
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and baking areas.
• Follow food safety regulations to ensure all products are safe for consumption.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to meet production schedules and customer orders.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in the food industry, specifically in baking or bread production.
• Knowledge of food safety practices and regulations.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment..
• Culinary degree or relevant training is preferred but not required.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including early mornings and holiday weeks as needed.
• Ability to lift large (up to 50#) bags of ingredients.
