The Dynamics 365 CRM Developer is responsible in contributing to the administration, support, and development of the CRM systems. This position will work directly with CRM and Development team, Business Analysts, Database Admins, DevOps Engineers, IT, and various business users to address user needs and create solutions to meet company objectives. This position will be a resource to respond to CRM D365 project requests, enhancement requests, application issues, and manage day-to-day technical support activities. The CRM Developer will contribute to the configuration and customization of the platform, design and optimization of business process flows, and data integration and migration from various internal/external data sources.

RESPONSIBILITES/ACCOUNTABILITIES:
  • Develop requirements and end user documentation (User guides / Training manuals) where needed.
  • Responsible for providing management with accurate and straight-forward updates on projects, enhancements, issues, and overall application status.
  • Responsible for providing timely feedback to business stakeholders.
  • Responsible for day-to-day administration and technical support of the D365 CRM applications.
  • Responsible for the entry and management of all D365 CRM related users’ requests and tasks in Azure Boards.
  • Responsible for soliciting and documenting project requirements from the various business units.
  • Responsible for providing updates and answers to end users regarding CRM support tickets and general systems issues.
  • Monitor and manage D365 CRM releases waves, to provide recommendations and the implementation of any new software solutions that will improve the reliability, scalability, functionality, and security of the application.
  • Develop new features or functionality which includes complex to simple form customization, backend/UI development, data integration, automated workflows, and reports.
  • Manage, track, share, collaborate, and version control programming code within Azure DevOps.
  • Manage product backlogs and features list.
  • Work alongside internal DevOps Engineer team for Azure related requests regarding CRM D365.
  • Create, test, maintain and support Business Rules, Business Process Flows, web resources, custom controls, and Power Automate Flows.
  • Create and manage source code according to internal Development Standards and Guidelines.
  • Provide timely and accurate updates to management.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Education –
  • Requires a bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related discipline, or equivalent experience.
Experience –
  • Minimum 3 years of previous experience administering /developing in Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
  • Experience writing business requirements and performing functional testing.
  • Subject Matter Expert in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM, both on premise and Azure D365.
  • Create custom automated process in Power Automate.
  • Experience with forms and web sites in Power Pages a plus.
  • Experience creating custom Model Driven Apps and Canvas Apps
  • Explicit programming language skills in HTML, CSS, JavaScript.
  • Experience with C#, ASP.NET, and .NET Frameworks.
  • Experience with SQL databases creating tables and stored procedures.
  • Experience with Azure Cloud services and technologies.
  • Experience with CRM Dataverse end points, XML, JSON, REST/OData.
  • Create custom CRM plugins and web API development using C#.
  • Experience creating and maintaining SSIS packages is a plus.
  • Knowledge and familiarity with CRM Tools such as XrmToolBox, plug-ins, ribbon workbench.
  • Experience with developing in Visual Studio, Visual Studio Code, Azure DevOps Repository.
  • Experience with data uploads/synchs from external data sources to Dynamics 365 Dataverse using SSIS or other related tools is a plus.
  • Experience with creating reports in Power BI a plus.
  • Experience with SharePoint Integration a plus.
  • Experience developing custom workflows using Azure Logic Apps is a plus.
  • Previous experience with Azure Boards and Atlassian Confluence for Backlogs and Sprints is a plus.
  • Experience with Azure DevOps CI/CD for Dynamics 365 and Power Platform is a plus.
  • Microsoft Dynamics CRM Certification is a plus.

  • Ability to assess priorities and make recommendations to management regarding schedule, plans, design, and tactics for current and future D365 CRM projects or related ancillary applications.
  • Ability to resolve technical CRM issues considered low to medium in complexity.
  • Ability to assess level-of-effort to provide generally accurate timelines.
  • Ability to capture and document business requirements.
  • Ability to perform system configurations in D365 CRM for new or current requirements / enhancement requests.
  • Ability to conduct user training and walkthroughs as requested.
  • Ability to work with a geographically diverse user community.
