Director of Health Care Opportunity Description

Our client is a well-established Private Duty and Personal Care Home Health provider looking for a Director of Health Care based in the Cincinnati, OH area. This person will oversee all operations and growth for their Medical and non-Medical Home Care services. Private Duty / Private Pay Home Care leadership experience is required. A clinician is not required. This organization is poised for growth so a track record of business development is a must.

Director of Health Care Job Requirements

• Private-Duty / Personal Home Care leadership experience.
• Experience with Medicaid, Managed Medicaid, VA, Private Insurance, and Private Pay payer sources.
• Associates degree preferred.

Director of Health Care Responsibilities

• Oversite of day-to-day operations of Private Duty & Personal Care service lines.
• Responsible for compliance to state and federal rules and regulations.
• Network within the community to increase referral base and census.
• Implement strategies to increase care-giver staffing and retention.
