The Director of IT is a hands on leader responsible for technology strategy, systems integration, application ownership, and the delivery of reliable, secure, and scalable solutions across the business. You will oversee a small but high impact team and key vendors to ensure our ERP, WMS, reporting, and collaboration platforms perform seamlessly, enabling Finance, Operations, Supply Chain, and Commercial teams to meet their goals.

What You’ll Bring

Required

• 5+ years leading both IT teams and software engineering teams, including managers/leads.
• Demonstrated leadership experience: hiring, coaching, performance management, and culture building.
• Strong .NET/C# background (architecting or leading development of services, web apps, and integrations).
• Proven project/program management skills (Agile or hybrid), with portfolio governance, stakeholder communication, and delivery accountability.

Preferred/Pluses

• Experience with Azure DevOps (Boards/Repos/Pipelines), CI/CD, automated testing, and observability.
• Exposure to ERP/WMS or similar business critical systems and their integrations.
• Familiarity with security frameworks (e.g., NIST/SOC2) and business continuity/disaster recovery.
• Background in manufacturing/distribution or multi site operations.

• Excellent communicator who can translate technical topics for non technical audiences.
