About the Role: As our New Business Manager, you will be at the heart of our growth engine—managing the new business process from initial inquiry to final pitch presentation. You’ll work closely with agency leadership and department leads to craft compelling responses to RFPs, develop and organize case studies, and coordinate seamless communications with prospective clients. This role is highly collaborative, strategic, and critical to our continued success. What You’ll Do: Oversee and coordinate all incoming new business activity and requests Manage timelines and deliverables for RFP responses and proposal development Create and maintain persuasive case histories and credentials materials Collaborate across departments to develop customized presentations Act as the primary point of contact for ongoing communications with potential clients Ensure brand consistency and strategic alignment in all outbound materials Coordinate with other Omnicom agencies around the world on new business opportunities What We’re Looking For: Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing communications—preferably in an agency environment Exceptional project management and organizational skills Strong writing and storytelling ability, with an eye for persuasive messaging Comfortable working with executives and collaborating across teams Detail-oriented, deadline-driven, and able to juggle multiple projects at once Passionate about great work and the process behind winning new business What This Role Is Not: This is not a cold-calling or lead-generation role.
