Job Description

We are seeking an experienced data-driven SEM/PPC manager to maintain and build on all aspects of executing search campaigns. As Digital Marketing Manager, you will own the paid search strategy and execution for Achieve Test Prep and We are Working to deliver qualified leads and track key performance metrics. This hands-on role includes planning, implementing and optimizing SEM campaigns from initial set up through budgeting, keyword research, competitor analysis and ongoing reporting. You will design cross-channel marketing programs utilizing email, websites, social media and more to engage prospects, drive conversions and seamlessly pass qualified leads to the sales team. Strong execution skills and the ability to translate insights into action are key to maximizing lead generation through paid and organic strategies.

You will translate prospect engagement into a lead scoring process that drives sales appointments and new account registrations from both paid and organic leads. You will be responsible for finding ways to target, engage and convert leads.

Roles & Responsibilities for ATP and WAW:

  • Firm background and understanding of digital marketing practices
  • Determine which channels are best suited to drive leads
  • Optimize ad spend ROI across social media sites, search and affiliates
  • Develop and manage ad copy, content development process and promotion strategies
  • Manage the Achieve MQL and SQL quotas
  • Design and manage lead scoring, segmentation and customer personas
  • Optimize existing and develop new tools to progress prospects through the sales funnel
  • Review and approve digital ad design/creatives to ensure they are on-brand, consistent with the overall marketing campaign, and effective in driving results
  • Set up and manage PPC campaigns across different platforms, such as Google Ads, Bing Ads, and Facebook Ads
  • Develop and implement PPC campaign strategies. Monitor the performance of PPC campaigns and adjustment as needed to improve results
  • Generate reports on the performance of PPC campaigns and analyze the results
  • Execute tests, collect and analyze data while identifying trends and insights in order to achieve maximum ROI in paid search campaigns
  • Tracking, reporting and analyzing website analytics, pay-per-click (PPC) initiatives and campaigns
  • Perform ongoing paid keyword discovery, expansion and optimization
  • Manage campaign expenses while staying on budget and estimating monthly costs and reconciling discrepancies
  • Develop campaigns for our Partnership Program
  • Work with cross-functional teams to ensure that PPC campaigns are aligned with the overall business goals
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest PPC trends and best practices

**Desired Skills & Experience: **

  • 4+ years experience as a SEM marketer, social marketing, or digital marketing specialist at a reputable technology or software company preferred
  • Experience with data-driven analysis and optimization specifically on Google, Bing, Facebook & other social properties.
  • Excellent communicator with ability to sell and convince, writing, editing, presentation and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in marketing automation (Hubspot and Salesforce fluency preferred).
  • Capable of juggling multiple projects at once, attention to detail, great task manager
  • In-depth knowledge of the various marketing channels and technologies, including paid search (Google Ads, Bing, etc.), re-targeting, social media (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and more), and content distribution and placement networks.
  • Experience with digital ad design and production, and the ability to provide feedback to designers.
  • Data- driven to regularly monitor and adjust bids, keywords, and ad copy to maximize ROI across these platforms.
  • Collaborate with the creative team to craft compelling assets tailored for each platform's audience. Familiarity with social media platforms.

Type: Selected candidate will have to work full-time

Schedule: Flexible schedule with availability to overlap during the 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM EST business day.

Compensation: 45-65k depending on skill and experience
