• Step into established, busy offices with steady patient flow - no ramp-up needed

• Farmingville -14 operatories, digital charting, on-site parking
• Port Jefferson - 8 operatories, CBCT imaging, advanced restorative tools
• Smithtown (NowDental) - 9 operatories, 3D imaging, laser dentistry, digital impressions
• Denticon software, intraoral scanners, same-day restorative capabilities

Growth, Mentorship & Partnership

• Hands-on mentorship for new grads from experienced general dentists and specialists
• CE allowance + leadership training opportunities
• Clear path to equity/partnership - possible within 12 months for qualified candidates

Compensation & Benefits

• Sign-on bonus available
• Guaranteed daily rates/minimum to start + competitive collections-based model (32–35% of collections, 35% for leads)
• Full-time & part-time schedules available

Your Role

• Deliver a full range of general dentistry services - preventive, restorative, cosmetic, and complex cases
• Create personalized treatment plans and educate patients on their oral health
• For experienced candidates: mentor colleagues, lead clinical protocols, and participate in growth strategy
• For new graduates: develop advanced skills in a supportive, collaborative environment

What We’re Looking For

• DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school
• Active NY dental license (or eligibility)
• All experience levels welcome - new grads encouraged to apply
• For leadership track: 3-5 years of clinical experience preferred
• Commitment to high-quality, patient-first care and collaborative teamwork
