We are seeking to hire Assemblers for our valued client in Fitchburg, WI!


Let's talk about the available ?shift:

• 1 st Shift Assembler works ?Monday - Friday, 5:30am-1:30pm
• 2 nd Shift Assembler works Monday - Thursday, 1:30pm-11:30pm **2 nd shift will need to start on 1 st shift hours and train through the end of the year - they will move to 2 nd shift schedule beginning of January!**

The Pay? for Assemblers:

• 1 st Shift - $17/hr
• 2 nd Shift - $17.50/hr
• Over time pay is paid at 1.5x your rate, after 40 hours per week is worked

Job Duties of the Assembler:

• Assemble parts per work instruction into high quality product utilizing tools and fixtures
• Utilize test equipment to ensure product is assembled correctly per quality expectations and other standards
• Visually inspect parts and products for defects such as scratches, dents, slugs, pinched wires, etc.
• Utilize workstation computer to read schedule, match parts to work orders, view work instructions, scan parts into inventory software, etc.
• Adhere to safety standards
• Uphold quality expectations
• Train employees on procedures and techniques
• Assist in defining work instructions
• Housekeeping and workstation organization tasks

• Ability to read and understand measuring instruments
• Must not be allergic to fiberglass, plastic, glue, or insulation
• Good dexterity and body flexibility
• Must be able to use a computer to view work instructions, enter production data, and operate test equipment
• Stand for full shift
• Lift up to 50 lbs.

• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• You will be working in a manufacturing facility; standing, lifting, stretching, twisting, and bending during the entire shift
