Key Responsibilities:
• Serve as the first point of contact for all customer inquiries and issues via phone, email, and chat
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing and resolving customer concerns in a timely and professional manner
• Develop a deep understanding of our products and services to effectively assist customers with their needs
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of all customer interactions
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer needs are met and exceeded
• Take ownership of customer issues and follow through to resolution, escalating when necessary
• Continuously identify areas for improvement and make suggestions to enhance the customer experience
Qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred
• 2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer service software
• Experience with CRM system is a plus
• Positive and professional attitude with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service
