JOB TITLE: Account Executive DEPARTMENT: Sales FLSA CLASSIFICATION: Non-exempt (hourly) Position Summary: An Account Executive is a key sales role within an organization, responsible for driving business growth by managing relationships with clients, identifying their needs, and providing tailored solutions. This position typically involves working closely with both existing customers and prospective clients to increase revenue, ensure satisfaction, and maintain long-term partnerships. Essential Functions: Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction and addressing any concerns. Identify new business opportunities, generate leads, and close sales to meet or exceed sales targets. Understand the client’s business needs and propose appropriate products or services to solve their challenges. Produce accurate and complete quotes, customer orders and shop orders Work with internal teams to ensure a seamless client experience. Track sales activities, generate reports, and provide insights to management regarding sales performance and market trends. Education and Experience: High School diploma or G.E.D. Previous experience with Microsoft Office or other computer systems Previous customer service experience desirable Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Proficient in mathematics Good problem solver Detail oriented Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
