Type: Contract Pay Information: $41+/hr Location: Twin Cities, MN (Primarily Onsite) Role Overview As a member of the internal creative team, you will help strengthen corporate branding through leading strategically aligned creative projects. You'll collaborate with various creative and strategic professionals to craft compelling campaigns. Your role involves mentoring junior staff and overseeing diverse and critical projects to ensure they align with divisional objectives. You are expected to provide exceptional project leadership, focusing on timelines, budgets, and scope management, while fostering strong inter-departmental partnerships. Day in the Life

• Collaborate with strategists, creatives to develop engaging campaigns.
• Handle multiple projects, ensuring timely, budget-friendly delivery.
• Serve as project contact for business and creative teams.
• Document and maintain accurate, up-to-date project plans.
• Identify and address project opportunities, issues, and risks.

Your Qualifications

• Experience in creative agencies; healthcare setting preferred.
• Strong proofreading skills and attention to detail.
• Expertise in project management tools and software.
• Proven organizational and follow-up skills.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines effectively.
