If so, NEXT Door & Window is looking for enthusiastic, outgoing individuals to join our team as Brand Ambassadors in our Schaumburg, Mettawa, Lake in the Hills, Naperville, Plainfield, and Oak Brook Warehouses.

NEXT recently received the BBB Torch Award for business ethics based on our high standards and exceptional performance. We are planning for significant growth this year from an exciting new partnership with Costco and an expanded local event marketing schedule. NEXT offers a highly collaborative, rewarding work environment and we encourage our team members to find ways to expand their skillset and pursue new opportunities within the organization.
As a Brand Ambassador , your role will be to engage with Costco shoppers, initiate conversations about their window and door replacement needs, and help them take the next step by scheduling a free in-home estimate with one of our wonderful In-Home Sales Representatives. You’ll distribute marketing materials, share valuable information, and build relationships—understanding that not every conversation will result in an immediate yes. But don't worry, we're looking for someone who can handle the "no's" with grace and keep the energy high to create new opportunities!
