Corporate Payroll Processing Coordinator

Purpose and Scope/General Summary: JBS is looking for a Corporate Payroll Processing Coordinator to join our team onsite at our corporate office in Greeley, CO. We are seeking a collaborative team player with a positive, solution-focused mindset who can partner effectively with our locations to deliver exceptional support.

Responsibilities:

• Process Kronos/UKG biweekly payroll for the corporate office
• Process SAP payroll weekly for the US and Canada
• Coordinate and process weekly off-cycle payments
• Serve as a key point of contact for employees and HR staff addressing payroll questions and concerns through phone and email communications
• Enter and upload payroll data into SAP and other systems including earnings, deductions, and other requested payments
• Review payroll errors and exception reports, and make necessary corrections to ensure accuracy and compliance
• Review banking returns and work with HR to correct accounts and reissue payments timely
• Prepare and distribute weekly payroll reports and fulfill ad hoc reporting requests as needed
• Perform various payroll-related tasks and projects as assigned by the supervisor or manager
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• 1-2 years of experience in similar role
• SAP and Kronos knowledge preferred
• Knowledge of Excel, Outlook, Windows applications
• Knowledge of wage and hour laws and payroll concepts
• Must be able to maintain confidentiality and privacy in all aspects of the job
• Must have attention to detail and high level of accuracy 
• Must be highly organized, self-motivated, proactive, and dependable
• Must be able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
• Must be able to communicate clearly and concisely with internal and external customers
• Can perform the functions of the job with or without a reasonable accommodation

The applicant who fills this position will be eligible for the following compensation and benefits:

• Benefits: Vision, Medical, and Dental coverage begin after 60 days of employment;
• Paid Time Off: sick leave, vacation, and 6 company observed holidays;
• 401(k): company match begins after the first year of service and follows the company vesting schedule;
• Base salary range of $23.00-$25.00/hr; and
