Seeking a highly skilled and experienced Superintendent to join our leading general contractor specializing in commercial construction. Responsible for overseeing on-site operations, coordinating trades, and ensuring project completion within schedule and budget.

They are now seeking a talented and experienced Superintendent to join their dynamic team.

Description

• A well rounded individual, with proven superintendent experience in multifamily & commercial projects
• Provide updated reports of projects status to senior project management or director as required.
• Proactively identify and implement strategies to reduce project costs, maximize production, and enhance customer relations.
• Consistently evaluate and train key personnel within their territory.
• Applicant must be successful, pay attention to detail and be able to multi-task in a fast paced environment
• The individual must have excellent client relation skills and may be asked to attend project meetings
• Understanding of drawings/specifications and strong computer skills are required
• Possess working knowledge of all project plans, specifications, contracts with Owner, subcontractor scope of works, purchase orders, daily correspondence, shop drawings, submittals, and all other project related documents, and maintain a complete and accurate set of shop drawings and approved stamped set of architects drawings

• Understanding of resource allocation
• Solid understanding of project scheduling
• Strong time management skills
• Valid Drivers License
