Our client is seeking an experienced Construction Manager with a strong background in interior apartment renovations. This role focuses on overseeing several renovation projects at once, ensuring each is delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. You’ll play a key role in supervising teams, coordinating subcontractors, and ensuring smooth execution from planning to completion.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee multiple interior renovation projects simultaneously (typically 3–5)
• Build and review scopes of work for each project
• Supervise and coordinate project managers, coordinators, and subcontractors
• Maintain budgets, schedules, and change orders for all active projects
• Ensure compliance with condo and co-op alteration agreements
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and quality
• Serve as the primary point of contact between ownership and project teams

Job Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in construction project management or supervision
• Strong background in interior apartment renovations
• Familiarity with NYC condo/co-op renovation processes and alteration agreements
• Excellent organizational, leadership, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and teams independently
