Responsibilities
Assist with demolition , site prep , and cleanup
Handle and transport building materials and tools
Operate hand tools and power equipment safely and efficiently
Support tradesmen and foremen on renovation tasks
Follow safety protocols, especially in environments with hazardous materials (training provided)
Travel to various job sites across the island as needed
Qualifications
Proven experience in construction or demolition (please specify years)
Must have reliable transportation to job sites
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in varying outdoor conditions
Must be safety-conscious and able to follow directions
