Position: Construction Foreman - Craftsmanship with a Modern Edge

Responsibilities:

As a Construction Foreman at Johnson Construction Group, you will oversee the accurate, timely, and safe construction of rough and finish carpentry work on commercial/residential construction projects. Your role will encompass:

  Utilizing your construction knowledge to read and interpret blueprints and plans for installation methods, work procedures, and material/tool requirements.
• 
  Performing precise rough and finish carpentry work with meticulous attention to detail and quality.
• 
  Applying analytical skills and keen attention to detail to construct new structures and repair existing ones.
• 
  Maintaining a safe, clean, and organized work area.
• 
  Caring for work equipment and vehicles, ensuring cleanliness and functionality.
• 
  Demonstrating a strong work ethic rooted in honesty and integrity.
• 
  Working in a safe manner, adhering to all safety policies.
• 
  Showcasing expertise in commercial and residential construction.
• 
  Excelling both independently and as part of a team.
• 
  Demonstrating excellent critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• 
  Operating smartphone technology effectively.
• 
  Undertaking physically demanding tasks.
• 
  Adapting to a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

  Reading blueprints, sketches, and other client specifications.

  Communicating effectively, both verbally and in writing.

  Legally eligible to work in the US.

  Possessing a valid driver's license and reliable transportation to and from work.
