About the Role

The Company is seeking a Chief People Officer (CPO) to join their leadership team. The CPO will be responsible for setting and implementing a strategic vision for the human resources department that is in line with the organization's values. This includes championing employee-centric practices and fostering an environment of collaboration, diversity, equity, and innovation. The successful candidate will also be tasked with hiring key members of the HR leadership team, designing and updating HR policies, contributing to business strategy, forecasting talent needs, and managing compliance issues. As the CPO, you will serve as a trusted strategic advisor to the leadership team on all people, culture, and talent-related matters. Duties and responsibilities for this role at the company include managing and overseeing all HR policies and programs, with a focus on training and development, recruitment and retention, onboarding, performance management, and career development. The CPO will also lead the company's internal DEI efforts and work to improve HR technology and processes to enhance employee morale and career development. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR and a proven track record of driving positive change in a dynamic and diverse work environment.
