The Company is seeking a Chief People Officer (CPO) to join its leadership team and champion a People First culture. The CPO will be responsible for leading a comprehensive people strategy that aligns with the company's scientific, educational, and operational goals. This includes overseeing the full employee life cycle, from talent acquisition to development and retention, and guiding the design of programs that reinforce an inclusive and purpose-driven culture. The successful candidate will also provide executive oversight of the total rewards strategy, ensure compliance with employment laws, and lead the company's immigration programs.
