About The Role

Chief of Staff at Heliux will be directly responsible for leading business operations, running strategic projects, and supporting customer deployments.

Responsibilities

• Manage internal business functions across accounting, financial planning, recruiting operations, human resources, revenue operations, and more.
• Drive strategic projects from start to finish with an extreme sense of urgency. Examples may include security compliance, fundraising support, pricing strategy, etc.
• Support customer implementations from contracting, through deployments, and to successful system go-lives.
• Relentlessly solve any and all problems that stand in the way of company objectivesand therefore, our success.

About You

• Proven experience standing up, managing, and continuously improving cross-functional business operations in ambiguous environments.
• Demonstrated proficiency in fundamentals of a software/technology business, including deployment operations, financial modeling, revenue operations, etc.
• Rapid career advancement in startups, management consulting, investment banking, or private equity.
• Inherent desire to operate with extreme levels of urgency across all aspects of life and work.
