TL;DR

Coval is the platform for simulating and evaluating voice and chat agents. Weve raised a $4.8M seed round, 10xd revenue in just 2 months, and are seeing explosive demand from enterprises who need automated agent testing and reliability infrastructure. To accelerate our growth, were looking for a Chief of Staff to work directly with the founders and shape how Coval scales across GTM, operations, product, hiring, and strategic execution.

Who You Are

  • Youre probably an exfounder, earlystage operator, or someone who has lived inside the chaos of building zerotoone systems.

  • You have exceptional communication skills and can seamlessly shift between customer conversations, investor prep, product thinking, and internal operations.

What Working At Coval Will Look Like

Joining Coval at this stage means becoming a force multiplier across the entire company helping the founders scale Covals execution, clarity, and strategic direction.

You Will

  • Work directly with the CEO and founders to drive company priorities, strategic planning, and crossfunctional alignment.
  • Partner closely with customers: prep and join calls, shape onboarding workflows, understand pain points, and translate insights into product and GTM direction.
  • Own internal operations: hiring pipelines, dashboards, investor updates, offsites, process creation, and anything that increases our execution velocity.
  • Run point on special projects whether thats preparing a major enterprise deal, evaluating a new product line, or building out a new operational system from scratch.
  • Bring structure where needed, but never at the expense of speed.
  • Make hundreds of microdecisions weekly across product, GTM, design, and operations often with incomplete information while keeping the company pointed at what matters.

What Youll Need

  • Prior experience in a highvelocity startup, ideally in a founder, early operator, chief of staff, strategy, or productadjacent role.
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking you can zoom out to set direction and zoom in to execute.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication; you can turn complexity into clarity.
  • A talent for operational excellence: systems, process, organization, prioritization.
  • Comfort with ambiguity and minimal specs you can selfdirect and figure things out quickly.
  • High EQ and the ability to build trust with customers, teammates, and partners.

Bonus

  • Experience supporting or working with enterprise sales motions
  • Product intuition around AI agents, LLMs, or developer tooling
  • Demonstrated ability to manage crossfunctional projects endtoend
