Job Description

MobileTimesToday, a pioneer in innovative technology, is expanding with a new financial division. We are seeking a seasoned CFO to establish and oversee our financial operations, including the initiation of the Technology from Beyond Tomorrow Today (TBTT) ETF, focused on green, sustainable, resilient, and selfsufficient assets using AI and the companys patent portfolio.

Responsibilities

• Supervise financial strategy, fee collection (product sales, patents, consulting), and spinoff financing.
• Develop and launch TBTT ETF, ensuring compliance with SEC regulations and alignment with the companys ethos.
• Manage an AIdriven portfolio (ETFs, stocks, commodities, bonds, MobileTimesToday shares).
• Negotiate with trading platforms, APs, and financial institutions.
• Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory standards (Investment Company Act of 1940, FINRA).

Qualifications

• Education: MBA or equivalent in Finance; CFA, CPA, or CFP certification preferred.
• Experience: 15+ years in financial management, including ETF creation and regulatory filings.
• Skills: Proficiency in AI integration, green investing, and capital markets; strong connections with banks, APs, and platforms (e.g., Schwab, Interactive Brokers).
• Legal: Familiarity with SEC, FINRA, and state securities laws; experience with trust structures.
• Connectedness: Established relationships with institutional investors and trading desks.
