Gpac is partnering with a Credit Union, in Lichfield County CT, that is looking for a new CEO. We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced individual for the position of CEO from a Chief Operations Officer or Chief Credit Officer or similar background. A strong accounting background is preferred.

Required - 5+ years of management experience, in a Credit Union.
Responsibilities:
* Provide strategic and operational leadership to all departments within the credit union.
* Develop and implement lending strategies to maximize profitability and minimize risk.
* Manage day to day operations of the credit union.
* Collaborate with executive management to set company goals and objectives.
* Monitor loan portfolio performance and make necessary adjustments to achieve financial targets.
Essential job functions:
* Hire, Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of lending and credit professionals.
* Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including regulators, auditors, and investors.
* Drive business development efforts and identify new lending opportunities.
* Stay up to date with industry trends and develop innovative lending solutions.
Skills:
* Proven track record of leadership.
* Strong understanding of lending principles and processes, risk assessment, credit analysis and accounting.
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
* Ability to make sound business decisions and manage a diverse team. Bi-lingual is a plus.
* Proficient in financial analysis and financial modeling.
Requirements:
* 5+ years of management experience, in a Credit Union.
* Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics or a related field.
* Strong Accounting skills or experience.
* Bi-lingual (English and Spanish) is a plus.
