AMP Interior Construction is the leading DIRTT (Doing It Right This Time) Partner in Upstate New York. We specialize in customizable, sustainable construction solutions that redefine how spaces are designed and built. We seek a dynamic Sales Professional to drive growth and build lasting client relationships in the Albany, Capital Region.

What You’ll Do:

  • Identify and cultivate new commercial, healthcare, and education business opportunities.
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue goals.
  • Collaborate with clients to design tailored solutions using DIRTT's cutting-edge technology and construction systems.
  • Present compelling pitches and lead client presentations, showcasing the value of DIRTT's innovative approach.
  • Build strong relationships with Clients, Architects, Developers and General Contractors.
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless project delivery and client satisfaction.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Architecture, Interior Design, Construction Management, or a related field.
  • Proven sales experience in construction, design, or related industries.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a knack for building trust and rapport.
  • Strong understanding of construction processes, sustainability practices, or design trends.
  • Self-motivated and driven to exceed sales targets.
  • Comfortable with technology and quickly learning new tools, such as DIRTT's ICE software.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
