Custom Truck and Auto Shine is looking to fill the role of Body Shop Manger. Our current manager is nearing retirement and we want to find someone to work along side him to be able to hit the ground running when the time comes to take over.
Must have experience in the automotive, autobody industry. Minimum of 5 years Autobody/Paint or Management experience preferred. Must be goal oriented, strong in time and project management and be a self starter. Basically we need a leader and a visionary to help grow our body shop division. The right candidate will be in the drivers seat and will shape the future of Custom Truck's Body Shop. Candidate would be supervising a shop of 6-7 with room for growth (and we want to grow!) Candidate would be responsible for scheduling, estimating and managing inventory/parts procurement.
