Full-Time BCBA 20252026 School Year
Soliant is seeking a qualified and experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for a full-time, onsite position for the 20252026 school year. This role will focus on providing behavioral support within a RISE (Autism Self-Contained) program, serving students from PreK through 12th grade.
Position Details:
Dates: August 28, 2025 June 16, 2026
Schedule: Monday Friday, 35 hours per week (hours may vary)
Setting: Onsite across multiple schools in a PreK12 district
Program Focus: RISE (Autism Self-Contained)
Caseload Overview:
Classrooms are located across early childhood, elementary, middle, and high school levels
Highest initial needs will be at elementary level sites
Qualifications:
Bachelors Degree (required)
Department of Education Certification
Active BCBA License
Previous experience in a school or behavioral setting preferred
Responsibilities:
Provide direct and consultative behavioral support
Develop and oversee implementation of behavior intervention plans
Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families
Monitor student progress and adjust strategies as needed
