PEDAL PUB OUTSYDE BAR & PATIO
We are Hiring for All Positions. We are looking for fun, upbeat people with amazing personalities to join our team!
BARTENDER
*Have knowledge of spirits / beer / wine, the ability to maintain an appealing and Guest-ready bar area and have outstanding service ability
*Keep the bar and storage areas clean and stocked by demonstrating outstanding energy, urgency and attention to detail
*1+ years of bartending experience strongly preferred
HOST / SERVER/ SUPPORT (FOOD RUNNER, DRINK RUNNER, BUSSER)
*Host our Guests and sell our products and services
*Have knowledge of the menu and bikes Tours and the ability to serve with outstanding attention to detail
*Keep all service areas cleared off and clean by demonstrating outstanding attention to detail
*Deliver cold, freshly poured drinks to Guests by demonstrating outstanding energy and urgency
*Deliver hot, freshly prepared food to Guests by demonstrating outstanding energy and urgency
CUSTOMER SERVICE REP
*Assist the Guest in enjoying the fun and excitement of the party bikes
*Responsible for Check- In Process and Waivers so Guests are quickly able to begin their rides
Bike DJ/ PILOT
*Entertain guests while safely navigating predetermined routes.
*Narrate tours and provide your hyper-local insights to guests.
*Ensure bikes are always safe, clean, and properly maintained.
*Assist with routine cleaning of and proper storage of the bikes.
*Follow operational policies and procedures & applicable traffic laws.
COOK
*Plans, prepares, and cooks food items to ensure the highest quality service and experience for customers.
*Help keep the kitchen organized and running efficiently.
*Ensure proper food handling, sanitation and following food storage procedures.
SECURITY
*Secures premises and personnel by patrolling property, monitoring surveillance equipment, and access points.
*Investigates security breaches, incidents, and other alarming behavior.

Ability to work in extreme weather conditions for extended periods of time
Availability to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends and holidays
Ability to stand and walk for long periods of time including maneuvering up and down stairs
Ability to obtain required licenses and certifications for your location
Ability to lift items weighing up to 50 lb.
Ability to stoop and bend
