Job Description:

Are you passionate about creating exceptional dining and drinking experiences? Do you have a flair for mixology or a knack for crafting mouthwatering dishes? If so, we're looking for part-time Bartenders and Cooks to join our dynamic team at Krazy Karen's.

Position Overview:

As a Bartender or Cook at Krazy Karen's, you will play a vital role in delivering memorable moments to our valued customers. We are seeking enthusiastic and talented individuals who are committed to providing excellent service and producing delectable food and beverages.

Responsibilities:

Bartender:

• Prepare and serve a wide variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, following recipes and presentation standards.
• Engage with customers in a friendly and attentive manner, taking and delivering orders with precision.
• Maintain a clean and organized bar area, ensuring all supplies and inventory are well-stocked.
• Verify the age of customers to ensure they meet legal drinking age requirements.
• Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately and provide change to customers when necessary.
• Adhere to all safety and health guidelines, including responsible alcohol service practices.

Cook:

• Prepare and cook a diverse range of dishes following our menu and recipes.
• Maintain a high standard of food quality and presentation.
• Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure efficient food preparation and timely delivery.
• Keep the kitchen area clean and organized, following food safety and sanitation standards.
• Assist in managing kitchen inventory and food ordering to ensure freshness and availability.
• Contribute to a positive and collaborative work environment.

Qualifications:

Bartender:

• Previous bartending experience preferred, but not required for entry-level positions.
• Knowledge of cocktail recipes and mixology techniques is a plus.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.

Cook:

• Previous experience in a professional kitchen is an advantage.
• Familiarity with cooking techniques and food safety guidelines.
• Culinary school or relevant certification is a plus, but not required.
• Team player with a strong work ethic and a passion for food.
• Ability to work under pressure and maintain a positive attitude.
