YOUR ROLE IN CREATING GERONIMOMENTS In this role, you'll be a key part of our team, ensuring that every guest leaves with a lasting impression. Your voice matters here-use it to build the future, make an impact, and continuously improve the guest experience.
As the Bartender, you will serve customers and extend great customer service by providing information to help beverage selections, creating and presenting order choices, and maintain a great customer experience by promoting a warm and friendly atmosphere.

WHAT YOUR DAY WILL LOOK LIKE - Take customer's drink orders
- Create and serve drinks following established guidelines, procedures and policies regarding beverage and safety controls as prescribed by company standards
- Follow health and safety practices and comply with all state and liquor regulations
- Serve beverages; ensure consistency throughout the guest's experience
- Process payments from guests and ensure accuracy of guest check and method of payment
- Maintain a professional appearance, positive attitude and mannerism
- Maintain clear and open communication between all staff for overall outstanding dining experience
- Maintain all work areas for overall productivity and success

Requirements
WHAT IT TAKES TO SUCCEED - You are at least 19 years of age
- Have a valid bartender/operator's license
- Have knowledge of: basic math skills (add, subtract, make change), legible handwriting, customer service skills and demonstrated oral communication skills
- You have six months of bartending experience
YOU'LL STAND OUT IF YOU BRING - You have wine experience and/or certification
- You have one year of bartending experience
MANDATORY REQUIREMENT - U.S. Work Authorization (required).
