OVERVIEW

We’re hiring a Bartender to join our growing team. As the Bartender, you’ll be crafting delicious cocktails while engaging with guests to provide memorable experiences. You will find enjoyment in creating new and innovative cocktail menus, enhancing flavor profiles consistently. • Support in creating, planning, and serving a bar menu
• Restock and replenish bar inventory as needed 
• Maintain a clean, neat, and organized workstation
• Comply with food and beverage regulations
• Work well as part of a team
• Proper set-up of the service bar
• Maintain a calm attitude when in a stressful, chaotic environment

The ideal candidate has

• Minimum 2 years in a related role 
• TIPS alcohol certification
• Food handling certification  
• Extensive bar & cocktail knowledge
• Strong communication skills
• The ability to work under pressure and make decisions in real-time
• The experience to operate at a high level under the direction of the management team
• The capability to meet the physical and scheduling demands of the position, including walking, standing, or lifting heavy items for extended periods, and working nights, weekends, and holidays

An essential function of this position is to be on-premises to perform all work requirements.
