Job Description

Our client, a leader in the manufacturing industry, is seeking a Bagger to join their team. As a Bagger, you will be part of the packaging department supporting various operational teams. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent teamwork skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, which will align successfully with the organization.

Job Title: Bagger

Location: Proctor, WV

Pay Range: $16.00

What's the Job?

• Bag and staple stacks of 26 drywall boards.
• Assist the Tarper with loading the railcar.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Work in varying temperatures for 8-10 hours, both inside and outside.
• Occasionally lift up to 50 lbs and help cut dunnage boards for packaging when required.

What's Needed?

• Ability to climb stairs and stand for periods of 2-3 hours.
• Ability to bend, reach and stoop 
• Must be able to consistently use personal protective equipment.
• Willingness to work night and weekend shifts as needed.
• Strong commitment to safety and quality standards.
• No prior experience required; we welcome entry-level candidates.
