Our Turbine Engine Mechanic Training Program is a 12 week comprehensive paid training program that provides format, structure and standards for employee training & development. We have a 'learn-by-doing' philosophy so you will be frequently moving between theory, lab and instructor led practical on-engine training.

Upon completion of the program, you will be assigned to one of our engine programs in San Antonio.

What you'll learn:

  • Repair and overhaul of gas turbine engines
  • Inspection of engine modules and engine components
  • Safety practices and aviation regulations

Requirements for the ideal candidate include:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent education.
  • Minimum of 2 years job related training/experience is preferred.
  • The ability to read and interpret manuals, technical drawings, and blueprints to determine proper operating conditions.
  • The ability to lift up to 50lbs without assistance.
  • The ability to stand for extended periods of time.
  • 100% attendance for the duration of the program
  • Excellent verbal and communication Skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a high pace environment.
