Job Description
True Classic is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Merchandiser to support the execution of our seasonal merchandising process. This role is a unique mix of inspiration shopping, market research, hindsight analysis, calendar management, data analysis, and creative storytelling — perfect for someone who thrives at both structured execution and uncovering product opportunities.
You will play a critical role in keeping the team on track with milestones, delivering actionable insights from sales and competitive analysis, and supporting the build-out of tools that bring seasonal assortments to life.
In this role, you'll also work closely with our founder, gaining unique exposure to the story behind every item we've ever created. This is a rare opportunity to learn directly from the source of our brand's vision and to channel that knowledge into shaping what comes next. This is a full-time, in-office role based at our Calabasas, CA headquarters. You'll be on-site with the team Monday through Friday.
