We’re seeking a Construction Project Engineer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you’ll collaborate with project managers to plan, organize, and oversee construction projects from start to finish—ensuring quality, safety, and efficiency every step of the way.

Key Responsibilities

• Promote and enforce safety protocols on-site
• Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor progress and quality
• Assist in developing project schedules, budgets, and resource plans
• Manage documentation: RFIs, submittals, contracts, change orders, and reports
• Support procurement: obtain quotes, track deliverables, and coordinate with vendors
• Use project management software to track metrics and update status
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and clients
• Assist with issue resolution and scope changes
• Support project meetings and field supervision
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field
• 3–5 years of general construction experience
• Strong understanding of construction processes, codes, and project management principles
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Willingness to travel to project sites as needed
