We are currently seeking an Assistant Project Manager to become an integral part our team.

The Assistant Project Manager will be responsible for supporting the Project Manager. This individual will help in enforcing project objectives, policies, and functions to ensure complete execution on all aspects of a project.

Duties and Responsibilities:

- Assist in management of all features of the assigned project(s) from start through closeout

- Reinforce the management of the project requiring effective interaction and coordination with internal company departments as well as external parties

- Ensure scope is executed according to the contract and prevent unplanned/unbudgeted work

- Attend all project meetings as required by the Project Manager

- Maintain and keep current all construction documents (Submittals, RFI’s, change orders, etc)

- Assist with Quality Control/Quality assurance efforts

- Support the job cost management efforts

- Reinforce schedule requirements as determined by the Project Manager to ensure projects are completed in a quality, profitable, and Safety/Zero Harm manner

 

Compensation will be commensurate with experience. This is a full time position based in Austin, TX with travel to jobsite locations as required.

Degree in Construction Science, Engineering or related field preferred, but not required.
