The Assistant Manager is vital to our restaurant's success, focusing on enhancing profitability, guest satisfaction, team development, and smooth operations. Reporting to the Restaurant General Manager, you will lead a team of 20-45 Hourly Shift Coordinators and Team Members, ensuring the daily operations run efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Profitability
• Oversee inventory levels and complete daily, weekly, and monthly inspections.
• Manage order placements and receipt of inventory deliveries.
• Keep an updated inventory of all restaurant assets.
• Ensure preventative maintenance is performed on equipment and the facility according to company standards.
• Adhere to cash control and security protocols.
• Guest Experience
• Inspire and guide the team to exceed guest expectations with prompt, friendly service in a clean environment.
• Team Development
• Provide constructive feedback and coaching to improve team performance and capabilities.
• Operations Management
• Lead the team in the efficient and accurate preparation of food and beverages, ensuring adherence to speed of service guidelines.
• Maintain operational and brand standards throughout the restaurant.
• *Step into the role of Hourly Shift Coordinator as needed.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Must be 18 years or older.
• High School Diploma or GED required; 2 years of college preferred.
• 1-2 years of experience in a quick-service restaurant, with management experience preferred.
• Basic understanding of P&L statements to support profitability initiatives.
• Demonstrated leadership abilities.
• Strong understanding of guest service principles.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Willingness to work long or irregular shifts as necessary for restaurant operations.
