We are seeking a talented and driven Amazon Advertising Specialist to join our growing team. This role will be responsible for managing the media buying for top tier clients. This includes strategic guidance, optimizing of advertising campaigns across a variety of Amazon accounts and regular performance reviews with clients. The ideal candidate should have a deep understanding of Digital Advertising and how to leverage it to drive growth.

Your Responsibilities:

• Help manage a team of PPC specialists to optimize Amazon Advertising campaigns across search, display, and video advertising.
• Monitor campaign performance and analyze data to provide actionable insights and recommendations to PPC team and Client Service team
• Develop and implement testing strategies to improve campaign performance and ROI.
• Lead bi-weekly reviews to help clients better understand their ad performance.
• Participate in quarterly business reviews to help clients better understand their ad performance.
• Collaborate with development team to help develop our internal analytics software, myHorizons
• Stay up to date with the latest trends and best practices in Amazon Advertising and ecommerce.

What You Bring to the Table:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience direct experience managing Amazon, Google, or Facebook Advertiser accounts
• 1+ year of DSP media experience
• Bonus - Amazon Ads experience
• 1-2 years of people management experience
• Proficient in Excel and data analysis tools.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Amazon Advertising certification is a plus.
