Machtrans LLC is a Delivery Service Partner that is owned and operated by an experienced team of innovative professionals. As a Delivery Associate you're determined to successfully get every order to customers homes, businesses, and other delivery locations. You will be driving a new, safe, and comfortable cargo van while using the latest technology to locate and deliver packages. Delivery Driver Associate Responsibilities:

• Drivers will be provided with high-roof vans (cargo or step vans) and must be comfortable driving a vehicle of this size.
• Conduct themselves in a highly ethical manner at all times
• Must be able to run up and down stairs all day
• Must be able to routinely deliver 230+ packages per day in under 9.5 hours
• Willing to support other team members
• Able to drive a Large van up to 10,000 pounds to residences and businesses. Consistently climb in and out of vans in all weather conditions
• Show excellent attention to detail
• Solve problems independently using critical thinking skills
• Work in a self-directed environment with an upbeat attitude
• Demonstrate strong communication skills
• Load vans and deliver packages by driving, climbing in and out of the vehicle, and walking upstairs and through driveways in all weather conditions
• Load, unload, and deliver packages safely and punctually
• Work with a team in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
• Behave as a responsible and courteous teammate
• Embrace our culture of honor, courage, and commitment
• Perform daily vehicle inspections and paperwork
• Operate a smartphone for GPS and daily records
• Represent Machtrans and partners with a high degree of professionalism

Delivery Driver Associate Requirements:

Machtrans accepts a wide range of applicants with varying levels of experience as professional drivers in delivery services. We provide thorough on-the-job training so that all of our employees feel confident on the road and the doorsteps of our partners customers. Our main priority is drivers that we can trust to drive safely and deliver on time.

• Be 21 years of age or older
• Holds a valid driver's license (no CDL required)
• Agree to background check
• Authorized to work in the USA
• Has a good driving record
• Has a positive attitude
• Take a drug test
• Fluent in English (being bilingual is a bonus)
• Available to work weekends and holidays
• Has a proven track record of reliability
• Military experience is a plus

Physical Requirements:

Just like with any other delivery driver job, there is a physical component to working for Machtrans. These are important because they help us maintain consistently high-quality service for every customer. Here are the physical requirements you must meet to work for us:

• Lift up to a maximum of 50 pounds during a 6 to 10-hour work shift
• Appropriately handle stressful driving demands including inclement weather conditions
• Climb stairs, reach overhead, squat/bend/kneel during an 6 to 10-hour work shift
