Essential Job Functions Team Empowerment, Support, and Improvement Perform Scrum Master duties for multiple teams. Facilitate team ceremonies and remove roadblocks. Coach teams in self-organization using Scrum or Kanban. Assist in decision-making and facilitate discussions. Ensure alignment with priorities and foster collaboration. Encourage continuous improvement through retrospectives. Tooling and Automation Manage Azure DevOps boards and promote automation to improve efficiency. Track development progress and analyze data for productivity improvements. Resource Management Manage resource allocation and address constraints. Report on resource utilization and team capacity. Project Planning and Coordination Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope and timelines. Adjust plans based on project changes. Coordinate activities and communicate with stakeholders. Identify and mitigate project risks. Qualifications/Requirements Bachelor’s degree or equivalent. 5+ years of relevant experience, with 1+ years in an associate role. Knowledge of SDLC, agile and traditional project management. Experience with Scrum/Agile, enterprise projects, and tools like Azure DevOps or Jira. Experience managing multi-function teams of 10-15 members. Remote work experience and suitable household setup. Additional Information The annual salary range is $85,000 - $100,000, with potential bonuses and benefits including PTO, holidays, health insurance, and 401K.
